Pensive Talent LLC is a boutique recruitment and talent consulting company that connects extraordinary talent with excellent opportunities in technology and investing. It is owned and operated by David DelGrosso.

David’s first recruiting work was sourcing talent, sometimes in unique places, for the D. E. Shaw Group. Before starting his own company, he worked for the specialized tech and finance recruiting firms Intelligent Alternatives, and Synaptic Talent.

In addition to over 20 years of experience sourcing and recruiting, he is also a part-time theater teaching artist, and sometimes actor.

David enjoys aligning existing talents and aptitudes to new opportunities. Sometimes that means helping people continue on a path they have started, and other times introducing new spaces and industries that someone may have never seen themselves in before.
